All setup shall be done using four DIP switches on the face of the LPC420R. The Sensitivity of the unit shall be set for the type of liquid being detected. The Analog Output Delay setting provides shall control how fast the analog output transitions from one level output value to another. The Analog Output Delay setting value shall take approximately ten times the selected setting to go from 4mA to 20mA when the electrodes are covered quickly. When the electrodes are slowly covered one at a time, the Analog Output Delay shall provide a smooth transition as the level changes from electrode to electrode. The LPC420R shall have an aluminum, Din Rail mountable enclosure. There shall be no openings in the LPC420R enclosure for debris to enter. The face of the LPC420R shall provide visual indication for the Level Probe electrodes that have been covered with water. The LPC420R shall be powered by either 120 VAC or 24VDC, and provide a ground lug for proper connection to panel/earth ground. The Sensor output voltage shall be a ± 8V Square wave for use with a conductance Level Probe. The Level Probe Converter with relays shall be a UL Listed product.
